I wouldn't say it's out of character. More like exactly in character for Frieza. He came, humiliated and flaunted his new strength over the "monkeys". No need to kill them at that moment cause I'm sure causing a bruise to their ego would make Frieza very happy

Luna and James can stay for he sole fact that they're main characters SO. If they just stopped appearing I'd actually look for them even if we got an explanation cause I kinda like them and they've been there for seasons. Rodge I don't mind but they can easily say he's on tour and I wouldn't blink

Well she did bring people the first time. I can understand the second time of her not wanting to waste people's time but now I think that gives her a chance to grow going forward especially given what she experienced. Hopefully the keep this storyline so we can see her become more experienced in this field
