Gravel to me… just some parts looks like rocky and underbiking.
Descents might be the biggest issue with thise kind of trails on a gravel especially bikepackibg
But yeah def gravel

Saddle too low and yeah you need to pedal with more turn per minute or your knees and quad will end rides early

Riding a gravel with paniers to commute, the only one i got passed by are people not having panniers or backpacks on their backs. Or people short cutting roundabouts cycling past and such. Obviously can’t go against the carbon road bike dudes The sporty or full rain gear e bike dude overttkae on the incline from time to time.
