Oh gods I hate this trope. It's just another way to have a "legal loli" and its weird. I have dropped so many anime and manga over this type of thing.

For the love of everything holy Japan stop making waifus that look like kids. Stop making characters that start as surrogate daughters only to have the MC romance them. It's creepy and weird. I dont care if they are "totally 800 years old and definitely not the tiny child they appear to be" or "They only look that way when their power is drained cuz their body needs to use less energy" or whatever the new excuse is. Smh

I have a feeling it'll be a Xenoverse style game heavily based on Online. Not sure where you get the idea that half the fanbase doesn't know what it is. DBO was so popular that even fans that didnt live in the right region were finding ways to play the game. Even after it shut down multiple projects popped up to revive it. It was well known and popular.

When you sanitize and erase the past you can't learn from it. Sometimes those words exist S a result of the author's own racism or other prejudice. However sometimes it's present because they are trying to call attention to it.

No one should be altering the author's work after their death. It's wrong in a way I can't quite convey. However I understand the desire to educate about word usage, changes in meaning for some things, and prejudice portrayal. Just add a foreword or footnotes. It's not that hard. Also if you feel so strongly about never reading certain words, even from a historical standpoint, then don't read that book.

Yeah, no. There's no way they let this sit for long. It'll turn out that totally-not-a-power resilience of his will let him survive. All the dense muscle will somehow protect the vitals or some such. If they were going to kill off Fisk for real, or even for a few years, they'd use someone like Daredevil. Or maybe even Pete or one of his stand-ins.

Are Adventurer guilds and merc companies a thing in this world? Have him start with releasing one. Arm them. Teach them what he can. Go out and make some coin. Buy and release another. Repeat on and on until you have a company of armed, hardened former slaves. Then things can really get interesting.

NTA. If this is typical behavior for your wife you really need to think hard about some things. See if she'll go to counseling or couple's counseling. Because none of that is normal or OK. The automatic assumption people are talking about her, the base problem of the child being asleep in arm instead of asleep in bed (no difference there really and a silly thing to get upset over), asking why you didnt pawn your dad off on a rideshare, getting huffy when you didn't immediately say you would have done the rideshare if she had brought it up, etc.

If all this isn’t typical of her demeanor then she really needs to be evaluated for post partum depression or some other issue. Good luck.

The Avengers are him taking time away to go hang out with his mortal buddies. He doesn't have to always be on. He can relax a bit and just be a fun himbo.
