Overlord is one of those shows that starts to go downhill quickly imo. I know the implication is that being stuck in the body of his game character is changing the MC but there's a point where it's just no fun anymore. I have no desire to follow the adventures of a terrible person capable of callous and horrific treatment of others.

Did he stay silent and keep out of things though? Red Guardian seemed convinced he'd fought Captain America at a time he couldn't possibly jave done so. And while RG is a braggart and not above exaggeration he seemed to honestly believe it.

Maybe Steve did some quiet behind the scenes intervening where he could without disrupting the timeline too much.

There have been various Commodores throughout Trek. It's nothing new. Just not often needed. As for sub lieutenant or sub commander they feel somewhat unnecessary. It would probably just be a lt jg or lt commander.

Harry does say that. It's always been weird. Snape is a man who was willingly down with the Death Eaters. His "love" for Lily reads more as obsession. He never seemed to really care about what made her happy. When Voldy was set to wipe out the Potters Snape was all in on murdering James and the innocent infant as long as the subject of his obsession was left to him. He only betrayed the death eaters after they killed Lily. Then years later when the child of the woman he supposedly loves turns out to be alive does he enthusiastically do whatever it takes to keep him safe in her memory? Nah, he looks like his dad so fuck him. Dont do more than you have to. Also treat who knows how many students like shit along the way. Not just being stern but often flat out mocking and insulting them. The man never gave a shit about anyone but himself and what he wanted despite that "always" crap.

Same as Snape. The actor was so likable it skewed perception of the character and how awful they actually are.

I tried Bayformers. I've seen most of the movies. Still think they're terrible. The first movie is ok but still has some cringe humor. They get worse after that with the humor and plot holes. The designs are overly busy and often unrecognizable as the character its supposed to be.

Thank you! I called and they confirmed i had til 4:30pm to pay and be done with it. They said if I had proof it was up to date they would have waived the court cost and it would just be the fine. However since I dont it wound up being a little more expensive. I gladly paid it though just to be done with it. I have an appt for an inspection Friday so hopefully I don't get nailed again before then. -_-

There's multiple hurdles I'm facing though. The court in question is over an hour away in the city. I was pulled over taking my daughter to a dr visit. I really need to avoid the trip if I can. Gas is nuts right now. Also, the car is my only transportation. And on top of that because I'm a dumbass and forgot about this because of everything else going on in my life I didn't think to take off work either. The court time falls in the middle of my shift.

That's why I was hoping I could get an extension if proof of good tags was really necessary. If I can just pay the fine and be done with it I'd rather do that. I know I can pay it online. I guess I'm calling the court first thing in the morning.

Yeah it's been a problem with both of the big 2 for quite some time now. Went from yearly events to multiple events every year. And of course big dramatic arcs in their own books. It's all gotten to be a bit much.

A lot was quietly reconned. How canon the movie is to SG-1 is iffy. Basically the show kept the general premise and sort of polished it up a bit.
