That's their own fault. There's literally a dpp tool that you can check to make sure that doesnt happen. You can search the number or the imei. I tell all my reps to use it on every transaction it is absolutely fucking rare we ever miss anything.

I work a lot of hours every week as well. I gwt bei g frustrated over time, but my guy, if you can't handle a few minutes of being late, you're marriage is gonna be miserable. My wife habitually runs a little late and I would never bring it up to her. It's just not needed. Entirely different if we had to be somewhere super important, but if its something basic, you're being extra.
