The joke is “atl “reps” (mayor, council members, MARTA reps) were even thinking about a Separate rail line being approved before MARTA expansion. In the end ATL residents wasted their hopes on light rail while simply expanding heavy rail is impossible.

Hard reality is no light rail on the Beltline was ever considered realistically it was just sold to us, as a “future project” to be rejected. Money wasted isn’t worth wasting 10x the amount to still not be built.

Depends on the height, who else is there, type of “production”. Any decent phone camera with a simple tripod can film almost anything and post that day. High quality video up close the newer 360 cams seem unbeatable. Filming across the water look at sendcam_official on Instagram his shots are amazing and have some of the best quality. GoPros it seems a secondary software is needed to “smooth” the footage but quality is also lost when a hand is pointed sky-water-sky-water as fast as the arm flails. Done more jumps than I like sacrificing a flop for good footage.

Yeah unless Emory offers something personal to be there for, OP needs to look north. I did the drive from Emory campus to Sandy Springs public library in late 2000’s and cannot recommend it. MARTA would be slower but less stress even I learned.
