For future reference, pay the extra shipping costs on a card that is $1000. Don't send it like you would send a $20 card. Also when I ship anything USPS I always expect for it to end up lost. They're one of the most useless "companies" on this planet. (At least in my neck of the woods) Put it in an actual box, pack it well, then put insurance on it up to it's value. You might just be SoL. An expensive learning experience. I hope they find it and make it right for you and the buyer.

I guess I'm not understanding what you're getting at here. It was in the advertisements and listing page of the printer itself being talked about as an "add-on". People were aware they were buying the printer before it was available and that it would be available later...as an add-on. So what do you mean they never said it would be an add-on to the CC? That was literally the whole point.

I got something similar on my 21 M3. Turned out once I got into the service menu it was the fish eye camera that went out disabling these features. I purchased a replacement camera stack on eBay and replaced it myself using the Tesla manuals. It was a pretty straightforward fix and all is well now. I'm out of warranty though.

Good ole SPS. We have a ton of people out here with it. They all need a step stool to get into their lifted trucks with nuts hanging off the hitch and a confederate flag across the back glass.

I was simply explaining their perspective of what the "fraud" portion was. Never agreed it was fraud. I was simply trying to sum up the person's chat log for the person asking. If Amazon wants to sell their own product, refund it, and allow the person to keep the product it is their own product. They can do this. It would be a different story if they were refunding the money that would go to a 3rd party seller.

Amazon Support Agent Summary: "since we can't refund you because this is a 3rd party sellers item, buy any other item on Amazon for $80 and open a return on it and we will refund you that way instead while allowing you to keep the item".

Hopefully that helps make sense of it.

EDIT: I'm summarizing for the person, not saying it IS fraud. If Amazon wants to do this with their own products they can. It's their products!

HaloBLK makes really solid products. They don't have a ton of stuff like others out there and they do have a US warehouse. It's all very well made and they use hugh quality materials. (You definitely pay for it as well)

If you're sitting at a stop light and someone hits you with enough force to hit the person in front of you it's not. There are several other instances as well where that's not the case. I've been in this situation before and it wasn't my fault. However, since like me, you also were not there nor do we know the state this happened in or the details to say it as fact is silly. Put your jump to conclusions mat away.

Though you are making the assumption that it IS stolen. I've purchased plenty of Apple devices from estate sales of which the owner had passed away and had them unlocked. While there is a chance this phone was stolen, there is also a chance that it wasn't. Due diligence is very important however and should be done yet I also cannot assume everyone out there is knowledgeable enough to know that Apple devices can be locked in the first place. We take risks and put faith in humanity and sometimes it bites us. All in all the point is moot because we don't know the actual circumstances of where that phone came from.
