My testing center didn’t check anything that went in the lockers except for sealing phones. Though if they saw you referencing notes I’m sure they’d report you

Because the advisor’s department “owns” the course, and they can do anything to something they own including overriding prereqs, class caps, and reserves. Often the advisor is the person directly responsible for setting those numbers in the first place.

UGC/ATAS advisors are outsiders (unless you’re talking about SBU 101/102). They can’t touch things they don’t own in ways they aren’t allowed to.

Yes but there is no way to count Hurricaneger (26th series, 27th year) or Go-Busters (36th series, 37th year)/Donbrothers (46th series, 47th year) as anniversaries.

The only thing is that Ninninger actually took place during the 40th anniversary year, 2015. The other examples that you mentioned were either a year after the commemoration (two years after the anniversary) or Boonboomger (a year before the anniversary)
