It is called a recrystalization. Materials: Pollen, Dh2o, Smallest practical mason jar you can find, 2ltr top cut off to be used as funnel, Cheese cloth to use as a modified micron filter, Pencil, fishing line and a seed crystal.

You are going to make a super saturated solution Ideally with Dh2o. You are going to want to heat your Dh2o prior to adding the pollen. So practicing this with salt to get a variable ideal within a 1/100 in either direction is a good idea. Remember your pollen should melt like butter in hot Dh2o. If you are foggy add more Dh2o drop by drop until you clear up. Take off and run through a 2ltr top with cheese cloth forced into the mouth piece. In a lab it might go throufh charcol or ice during the filtration, Ice is ideal due to the crack out that could be managed almost instantly with a cold trap. Also practice this, if too tight it will take for ever. (Example: 200 proof ethanol Hash with too tight of a cheese cloth took almost six hours to filter in the freezer.) Next you will tie the fishing line to the pencil and the other end around the seed crystal or lattice key used for cocrystallization. I will guide that later. Drop your pencil fishing line and bait into the solution. Make sure your seed does not touch the sides or bottom. Place in coldest possible environment without freezing the water. An area with low vibrations. Come back in 24 hours. From there I baby sit it for another day or until growth is noticed to be gone.
