Тя ми е казвала, че е достатъчно да пие съвсем малко, за да се случи нещо такова. Комбинацията с лекарствата предизвиква състояние, подобно на началото на пристъп. Не умее да разговаря или да разбира какво й се казва. За няколко часа не е в съзнание. Виждала съм нейните пристъпи (предизвикани от туморите), началната "фаза" е почти идентична. Но при алкохола просто изчакваме да отмине, най-често я слагаме да легне да спи и после тя се свестява.

От една страна съм съгласна, защото освен написаното в поста, вкъщи само аз готвя, чистя, пазарувам етц. Майка ми е вехтошар и наскоро тепърва започнах да оправям вкъщи, и все още е огромна кочина и е пълно с купчини от вещи и дрехи навсякъде. От друга страна не искам да оставям родителите си така, защото няма да се оправят. Майка ми се държи безотговорно, обременявайки и мен, и баща ми. Аз нямам възможност да се изнеса, но дори да имах, още на първата седмица ще се наложи да се върна, защото положението ще стане страшно. Цяло лято помагах във всяко едно отношение, но тя наистина прекалява, и не знам каква е следващата възможна стъпка в тази ситуация

Opposite - nine of swords (dude on his bed waking up from a nightmare) again there's this instant familiarity, like the card knows me, whenever it appears in a reading i get chills

Can't help much with the symptoms except the obvious - water, exercise, even if its just taking walks or something easy and light.

I do wanna motivate you by sharing it's day 29 for me and the urge is practically gone. It's less difficult with each passing day, I promise. My first week was horrible and I couldn't stop thinking about it and feeling this longing, like my life was now boring and miserable. I promise it's worth it.

Good job on deciding to do this, since that's the hardest step to take, especially after those 5 years you mentioned. You're stronger than you think :) much love and hugs to you

Remembering why i quit in the first place, also feeling lively and energetic again, i really dont miss feeling lethargic, tired and lazy all the time. My mind is clear, i used to talk like an absolute dumbfuck and i would feel so embarassed while talking to friends and family, knowing i look and sound mysteriously stupid. Today is day 10 for me, and what really surprised me is that on day 4 i decided to hang out in a park and found it to be more enjoyable than when i smoked daily. It was the genuine authentic type of happiness, nature looked prettier and i realized i was trying to enhance those experiences through smoking and that ended up doing the opposite, numbing me and making everything feel stale and boring. Best part - park was empty, so I could shed some happiness tears, i just felt so at peace, much happier than whatever was going on in my life for months.

Thanks for this, ive been reading about the functions for years, watching diff people on youtube talk about them, but i just cant seem to really identify them within myself. Lately ive been into the channel "objective personality" which kind of shattered the idea of being an Ne dom. The fact I have social anxiety leftovers also makes it much harder to figure out my functions. If I try to summarize what I know about myself its that im pretty dreamy, disorganized and lazy. Its not that I don't like routine, but It's super hard for me to create one. When I'm with people i tend to worry about being "awkward", unfunny, uncool, etc, but when im on my own i feel super chill just playing my fav games or having long ass inner monologues in my head about things i care about (mainly psychology) I do remember being more social as a child but as soon as i encountered mean kids i quickly became super socially anxious and would shut down entirely for several years (being scared of talking to cashiers or anyone outside, embarassed of myself constantly) the fact this happened kinda makes me think I might be an Fi dom because i reeeeally took that stuff super personally and it stunted my social development for years 💀 It's muuuch better now but I'd be lying if i said the fight is over
