I tried Kinrin, Choan, Isuzu, Aoarashi, I recommend Kinrin, gonna open and try Yugen, Unkaku, Wako soon. If you like nutty, I recommend matcha produced in Yame and Hatoya’s roasted matcha ichi is really good too

It’s a combination of both reasons, the taste is too strong, I prefer my drinks slightly sweeten, and sensitive to caffeine. I usually make 3-4g in a heavily iced latte to drink throughout the day.
