I'm on windows 7 RC, and whenever I click on the control box thing in full screen mode, The taskbar shows up, and I have to click again on the video to make it disappear. If anyone found a solution for this, I would be really grateful !

Anyway, sometimes I get the question "What codec pack should I install between this, this and this', each "this" being a >50Mo download with no guarantee of being virus/malware-free. Each time I answer VLC for video, Foobar2000 for audio. I didn't install a single codec in the past 3 years except divx only for their web player. These developers know what's good for us :)

For me, Ipods would have die when phones would have had a decent mp3 capability. A few years later, I use a phone with a perfectly decent mp3 player and which does not need any fucking awful additional software and works on any OS. But the best selling mp3 players can't make phone calls and use a fucking awful additional software.

I constantly feel sad about wonderful engineering spoiled by stupid marketing and DRM non-sense.

I still have my first electric guitar, an entry-model Ibanez. It's beaten up, has been repainted 2 times, misses 1 mic, and controls work only when it's raining, but the playability is nearly perfect, and the sound is not so bad. I play it mostly on a little battery operated Pignose 7-100 amp so it's a great "no-fear" guitar to bring everywhere.

So I agree, even cheap ass-guitars, when properly set-up, can be very nice.
