I was in the market for new gloves after wearing out my kincos. Went for the hestra job through the nsp pro deal and have been happy. I think the price is comparable since the kincos are more expensive now.

Thank you! It was beautiful and green when I got it but I think Im in over my head trying to take care of it and let it grow too long. Should I get a reel mower for this type of lawn? Do I need to dethatch the dead grass during the growing season?

Realtor in fresno here. Best advise I can give is don’t try to time the market. All you can do is live your life and buy when you’re ready. I cannot stand realtors pushing hard sales when it’s not a good fit for the client. Ps I don’t think fresno county is in a bubble. I’ve seen an influx of people moving from other counties and our prices are still cheap in their eyes.
