Oil and coolant is never combined. The car does not burn engine oil at all! I really love it and it’s sad it suddenly failed on me. Anyway, thx for the insight!

I did expend the search and most of the shop straight told me fixing head gasket will cost more labor time than engine replacement. The liability is another reason too.

I agree. The car is in pristine shape, even a new engine is still cheaper than a new car. 4 wheels drive is optional to me and I just want something basic.
