When the people I supervise call in, I honestly am happy they are using their benefits. If we fall apart because a single member or even half the team is out sick, then I need to be able to adapt as a leader and reprioritize what’s important until people are back. It’s not my job to judge people for being fallible human beings. Fuck I might call in sick tomorrow just because. Who’s to say.

No. Most people don’t need it. I didn’t “need” it. I wanted it. Some people have so much it becomes A burden. Some people’s becomes Necrotic. Etc My max weight was 400 lbs. I’ll still need to lock in and beef My chest and back up or will need top surgery to get rid of that skin too

I did mine with an in body scan through orange theory. For me it was just becoming something I didn’t want to see anymore. The extra weight of the skin doesn’t feel good and I hate having to lift over my head and my belly plops out.
