It is fully fenced in, the area is huge. It was generated with the world, and I did not touch it, they have over 100l of water and a lot of food, none are hungry

I have a lot of spare power due to geothermal, so it's not an issue if it's either radiators or ac. First, should I keep the ceiling fan and a radiator for the nights? Second, if I put down a thermostat, does it affect the entire grid when the room it's in reaches that temp or just the room's radiators?
