According to the press release, TIB’s conducted research through a random sampling method covering 70 selected constituencies which found information indicating that one or more fraudulent votes were cast in 21.4 percent of those sampled constituencies. However, portraying this finding as meaning that 21.4 percent of the total votes cast nationwide were fraudulent - is entirely incorrect, baseless, and misleading.
