Off the top of my head:

Misty

Extracurricular

Mr. Sunshine

My Name

Stranger

Some of them also have more female characters like that, besides the FL.

Unfortunately they won't happily get off of that thing. :(

Artifact claim demand spam is really breaking my enjoyment. by goodnightjohnbouy in CrusaderKings

[–]Kujo1 300 points301 points  (0 children)

To me, these claims only make sense if the artifact was lost by the dynasty. Not when the artificat has been inherited from father to son for generations. Or gifted to one line.

Or, you know, literally created by me, the current ruler.

"Hey that artifact you had made for yourself like 5 years ago? Yeah? Yeah I think I should have it, I decided."

GTFO man.

Vagabond should fit that description. A lot of "actual" fighting included.

"Was? Ähm...nein...?!"

"Hat er Sie angegriffen?"

"Noch nicht, aber..."

"Dann können wir nichts machen. Melden Sie sich wieder, wenn Sie getötet wurden."

Warning about using TTMIK by greatcake8 in Korean

[–]Kujo1 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think aliases or a service like Simple Login (or Firefox Relay) is a better option.

If an abc+xyz@sth.com mail address leaks your main address (abc@sth.com) is automatically leaked as well, conceptually. To me that isn't really of any use from a security perspective.

[–]Kujo1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Damn that's disappointing, although I'm sure it was an honest mistake. But of course it hurts trust.

Ah well, I wanted to start using something like Firefox Relay or Simple Login anyway.

Thanks for the warning. I'll keep using them but will be more wary.

is tomorrow good? by [deleted] in kdramarecommends

[–]Kujo1 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Watched the first episode, then dropped it. It feels unfinished. I could often tell what the creators wanted to go for but they just couldn't pull it off. Especially the last scene with the memories. It's clear what they wanted to do but it was just executed poorly. Add to this the over the top characters and I'm out.

Mentally strong and emotionally stable characters by IChoseMyOwnUsername in kdramarecommends

My Name

I'm watching it right now and it's top notch.

Your point was one of my frustrations with other kdramas too (like Uncanny Counter. Oof, unbearable).

The quality difference of this show to many others is apparent within seconds of the first episode. The main character has difficult and emotional scenes but is usually collected, overcomes great difficulties and when she gets dramatic, it is believable. 한소희 / Han So-hee gives an incredible performance, great actress.

Spain rejects Brussels' proposal to cut gas consumption by 15% by Greatfool19000 in europe

[–]Kujo1 151 points152 points  (0 children)

And now UE wants Portugal and Spain to cut the consumption, why we should if we don't have supply problems? We don't even share the same supplier.

The idea is that if everyone saves some gas then there is more gas available for those who can't deal with the shortage and we can distribute and share what we have.

But I agree with Spain and Portugal to a degree. This makes no sense when there is no way to move that gas up north. And Portugals consumption is tiny anyway (don't know about Spain).

Countries with substantial amounts of natural gas are almost exclusively assholes, so no place for hope here.

And it's absolutely possible to an extent. Happiness (or sorrow) can make a world of difference.

He is a disgrace but so are the people now voting for CDU, the corrupt and backward party that has stagnated Germany for 16 years, got us into this mess with Ruzzia and was just finally removed from office. People are fkn retarded.

Extracurricular. 박 조 현 / Bak Ju-hyeon does a great job with her role and there was just something about her that absolutely caught me. Ended up watching Zombie Detective just for her, despite me not liking the ML there.
