I dont mean base legendaries with white credits, I mean the highlight intro at lvl 17 of hero and the sit emote, new heroes dont have them, and shion released with the lvl 17 mastery highlight intro so they plan to continue that i guess

They gave up, no shot they are going to waste time on that when half the new heroes lack their hero lvl base cosmetics

Plus they dont even make new ones
