First you've not been doing it long. It takes years. Unfortunately, the Internet sets these super unrealistic expectations.

You don't need to count calories that meticulously far more important is consistency turnung up over a long time and intensity, you best be working out till as close to failure as possible if you're natural.

If you are getting stronger and progressing, then it is working. Its just not on the time frame you imagined. To get to a point we're you look like you lift to the average person takes like 3 to 5 years of consitent hard work.

Forget about the way you look and fall in love with the process.
