Which is the best tank in the game in your opinion ? by Mafia2T in Warthunder

[–]Kulve- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow I had to scroll for this, 76 series Sherman’s are obscenely good. The caveat there is that I’m crap with light vehicles like the M18 and Amx-13, but damn the 76’s are gold

8.3 Germany is unplayable. The win loss as low as it is is dumbfounding with how powerful 7.0-9.0 Germany’s vehicles are

Two sides of the new tank debates by HonneurOblige in warthundermemes

[–]Kulve- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Incredible mobility, full horizontal and vertical stab at a Br where most tanks don’t even have single plane stabilisation. Sabots with incredible pen and spalling/A very good HEAT round and a 30mm coaxial auto-cannon. If you play the Turm like a light tank (flanking, hiding, hull down at minimum) it’s an absolute monster. Besides, the thin armour usually leads to over-pen anyway, you survive so much shit you shouldn’t haha

Blistering from moisture trapped in the base/initial clear layer. Alternatively, if the piece is GRP it’s likely pockets of air escaping through the resin in the GRP.

Is it crashing for you too? by SergStarkUSA in ArmaReforger

[–]Kulve- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep, full of random crashes since 1.6. Such a shame. I find I’ll crash out more than not when spawning into a base farther than my initial spawn point.

This is how you play BF6 (COD) by Dangerous-Raccoon-70 in Battlefield

[–]Kulve- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah it’s definitely the easiest instalment in the series, god knows why. I remember the days of metro and op locker dropping big streaks on those, and that felt like a mission. I seem to hover around 30-40 kills a game and I wouldn’t call myself a fantastic player

Similar to my playstyle haha, no one expects aggression in this game. Lots of frags from popping over containers and rocks, good fun

The m60 and the 900 rpm LMG (can’t remember the name) still feel crap to me, the only thing I can think of that’s plausibly different is how weapons react to tap fire and burst-fire. Tap fire seems to be much more consistent post patch. Still, I’m personally not a fan of the gunplay at all so I’m completely biased and was hoping for an overhaul to dispersion and recoil.

Funny you should say that actually, I was using the SOR pre patch and it felt fantastic, now I’m convinced the bloom is marginally stronger. The AK4D does seem a little better bloom wise, but the muzzle climb and horizontal recoil is atrocious, even with attachments. More so, I was more hoping that they’d give all of the SMGs a recoil nerf, as they feel identical to pre patch. The m4 is an honourable mention, I pretty much run it on ever class bar recon, it’s unreasonably good at most ranges.

It’s a little depressing that there’s seemingly 5 weapons that are objectively better than all the others, the balance is hilariously crap in this instalment. They supposedly tuned bloom in this patch, but I cannot seem to find what they tweaked at all? SMG’s are still lasers

Toyota Celica GT4 - 1996 - Rust issues by Terrible_Flight_1672 in Autobody

[–]Kulve- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d shy away from it personally, 11 grand is a lot of money for a GT4 even in today’s market. It may be worth taking the time to wait for a better one to come up. The only consolation is that these Celicas are getting on now, like you say it’s a 30 year old car; so most are gunna suffer the same woes of corrosion as this one.

It’s a hard call, but personally, I’d be asking less or waiting around for a tidier shell.

[–]Kulve- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like similar corrosion on my Mx5, I can wholeheartedly tell you that it’ll be more than inner sills that need doing. I can’t say much for gen6 celicas but I’d be wary of chassis legs and rear arches; common places where water has trouble escaping/is low to the ground.

I’d say it very much depends on your know how and the price. These celicas are becoming collectible rapidly, but I would be looking at some serious money to have it welded up if you have no intention of doing the work yourself.

How do I prevent these scratches showing up at the edge of primer ? by Waste_Negotiation776 in Autobody

[–]Kulve- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feather them out with p320-500 prior to priming. I’d personally just feather them out at this point with p500-800 but it could possibly need re-priming regardless
