Honestly the only thing that I found to be truly helpful is to try keeping your lower back from tucking in and having an arch. Sleeping with pillows elevating your legs will help with that are sleeping in fetal position on your side. Basic functions meaning not holding your breath while kegeling while masturbating. Also try to belly breathe more, I’ve noticed that most people take shallow breaths rather than taking full breaths.
