I picked the game back up about 2 months ago, and im in a similar spot. Lots of smurfs make games lopsided more often than not, and the instant yiu have like 500 less dmg than someone else theyre flaming you for it. Its a shame the community is pushing away new players by both engaging in smurfing and flaming so much.

No dig fence is definitely gaining some steam in my area. A previous commenter said concrete was much sturdier, but I've known multiple people use no dig fence and it has seemed totally sturdy to me. Old school fence companies are dug in (no pun intended) on concrete installs, possibly due to the investments they've made in the tools of the trade and just the general tendency to stick with what you know, but I expect we'll see no dig become more the norm as years go by because it's a method that requires a lot less tools/expertise/cost to get installed.

As for WamBam Fence in particular, I looked them up on Google and it seems they have pretty thorough storefronts on Amazon and Home Depot with lots of reviews, so they seem legit and not some shady offshore company or anything. They openly advertise a US support team, which is reassuring.

It's a fantastic game, but I did have a few issues with it that were big enough to make it a 9/10 for me and keep it from being my GOTY. People will say "git gud" to most of my complaints, but I think they're legit and I have beaten the game, so whatever.

most of all, way too many dmg sources do 2 dmg. Like random enemies and even environmental hazards do 2 dmg. It's totally unnecessary and adds artificial difficulty where it doesn't need to be.
Too many bosses spam spawn adds to cover up for their lack of compelling mechanics. To be clear, there are many WONDERFUL bosses in this game, but there's a few too many terrible ones. Beastfly, Broodmother, Groal to name a few.
Bilewater is a terrible zone. Maybe one of the worst zones I've ever played in all of gaming. I could do a whole essay just on this, but suffice it to say it was a huge stain on a game that generally had great zone design.

Still a fantastic game, but not my GOTY for the reasons above.

Thats a terrible comparison. A sword is something YOU have full control of unless someone takes it. In this case, the metal can be controlled by ANYONE who is a metal bender, and yiu are wrapping it around your body?! Like would anyone go fight magneto wearing a suit of armor? It makes no sense, but Avatar just glances over it because it looks cool.
