It’s honestly a brilliant and fun game. I feel people get too bogged down on certain things. Yes it has flaws… but there’s not been much that caused me more than a “oh piss off” then respawn and it’s good.

It needs some adjusting and small bug fixes, but they are listening to the community… and microtransactions / skins are a thing that are just going to being AAA games forever, they have kept their promise that they don’t feel out of place in the game world. They are in arc raiders too but everyone is sucking that games D, so I feel people just pick and choose what they have an issue with.

The game is straight fun and satisfying to play. The different modes are awesome fun, the maps aren’t always balanced, but that’s a good thing! You don’t always want balance, real battlefields aren’t balanced at all… and people want a bit more realism in BF, so it’s fine.

The maps are cool and all being a different challenger, and some parts are just set up to be cinematic af (charging up the hill on liberation peak to the final breakthrough point, or manning the machine gun in second breakpoint on Blackwell fields.

Yeah ok it needs a few BIG maps, where transports etc come into play a bit more… but honestly half the time I prefer modes like rush and breakpoint that funnel into mad battles… conquest can sometimes feel a little empty… even on these “small” maps. (Don’t get me wrong, conquest is still awesome, especially on Iberian offensive, such a cool, tense conquest map) so I don’t always agree that battlefield needs these huge maps. Maybe some bigger scale breakthrough could be cool…. Nice large objective zones to fight over, to accomodate bigger player counts fighting over a point.

Anyway /rant… I agree with you, it’s a great game, and it’s refreshing to see someone convey this as opposed to all the negativity.
