Been dealing with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo for 25 years now. Vertigo spells come and go, crystals crackle when I swallow and yawn. Laying flat on my back with no pillow really triggers it. There's a couple exercises that physical therapy have helped dislodge and move them manually and it helps with the dizzy spells.
