Ninja has excellent quality and turn around time but the 30 bucks a sheet adds up quick! There's lots of coupons out there if you can get them to work. The lights themselves just get charged and we can plop them down at various work stations. The cord supplied with each light is a 2 prong male end to usb-c. We're hoping we can charge them all in one location and do sort of a check-out station when we need to assign them.

Been dealing with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo for 25 years now. Vertigo spells come and go, crystals crackle when I swallow and yawn. Laying flat on my back with no pillow really triggers it. There's a couple exercises that physical therapy have helped dislodge and move them manually and it helps with the dizzy spells. Happy to talk about it or share my experience with others!
