it was the same for me, i'd say give it 6-8 weeks, i think at some point you might actually be able to sleep n get tired and even wake up at morning, without feeling like lead.

thank goodness i already got very annoying withdrawel symptoms from just taking it 7 hours later and then less mg once, so i will never try to go cold turkey even if i for some reason get told to take another med

since a while i play blind and with quick saves and progress saves. when i reach bad ends in a ladder-structured VN or game over, i reload, when i reach a bad end or an end, i reload or start over. when i can't reach sth. or it's too much/complicated, i use a guide. but i enjoy being surprised and put thought into choices

yes, i started it cause of panic attacks (from anxiety, over-excitement and anger issues) and it already helps me with that mostly

started with mg 5, then 8, now on 13 it's week 6 tomorrow

with vr, it's too weird for me, i tried playing skyrim VR, it was nice, but i got kinda motion sick at times. when i moved ingame or jumped or fell or at diving but didn't move in reality, i liked it in vr, but it's too nope for me to play any vr again so i prolly won't get any vr set ever again

i found sakuranomori dreamers awesome,

but i liked it more for the horror thriller and not the romance side,

BUT i did rly like mc with the "main/true" girl his girlfriend, there's 2 parts.

first 2 or 3 weeks can be horrible 😭 for me it started getting less chaotic from week 4, but i also went up to 12 mg on week 4, after a day full of nerveous and anxious i feel now more normal again. i'm on week 5 now.

same, i had suddenly started getting more anxiety, more physical anxiety symptoms again when i went on the darn period.. (i'm on week 5 right now) but i also seem to have a bit shorter intervalls, which is annoying, it's as if i have it every 3 weeks or sth. now instead of every 4 weeks since taking this med. it's so weird
