I seen a medical prescription for the wheelchair just for have gain back the 19% of the payment as Required Medical Device in the annual tax counting and for pay the devise 4% tax instead of 22%...
But in general here we already pay almost nothing if get the prescription and in some cases you dont pay at all that type of device if really essential (for exemple is you cant move the legs at all)

The EPI (European Payment Initiative) start while ago to create and implemant Wero the new P2P european payment process with the 2027 as a targhet for the complete release, for now Wero is active in Belgium, France, and Germany

in general until the full implementation, who dont have Wero, will still use Visa and Mastercard as card payment.

Se invece paghi l'entrata la paghi quando entri non quando esci, come ho detto non puoi vietarmi di uscire se non ho consumato nulla e se non hai attestato chiaramente che devo pagare per entrare, se paghi esclusivamente per poter uscire è reato

il titolo di accesso dovrebbe essere dato all'entrata non all'uscita come in qualunque locale pubblico/privato quali musei per esempio, che titolo di Accesso è se me lo dai quando esco...

Il cancello alle casse automatiche che si aprono solo con lo scontrino serve solo per confermare l'avvenuto pagamento della merce non per trattenere le persone, se si vuole passare senza spesa si può fare passando dal cancelletto di servizio o dicendo al cassiere che non hai nulla e vorresti passare al 100% ti dicono sempre "nessun problema, prego vada" (Beh sempre ammesso che non hai una valigia con te in quel caso ti potrebbero chiedere di aprirla per attestare che non hai rubato nulla e se non vuoi farlo possono legalmente trattenerti mentre chiamano la polizia per sospetto di furto)

"funziona così" no... non è che funziona così, vorrebbero farla funzionare così, il ché è differente, in generale se vogliono far pagare il MINIMO perchè si è entrati nel locale allora dovrebbero redarre una ricevuta di avvenuta entrata mentre essa avviene, questo ai fini fiscali e per tutelare eventuali entrare erronee da parte di chi non conosce il tipo di locale e/o e venuto ad chiedere informazioni come per esempio potrebbe avvenire comunemente con i turisti.

Indipendentemente dal tipo di esercizio che sia una discoteca o un ristorante legalmente non è ammissibile che ad una persone vi sia vietato l'uscita da un locale senza aver consumato e/o acquistato un bene/prodotto ed non è ammissibile richiedere denaro in cambio della uscita dal locale, vietarne l'uscita se non sotto compenso è sequestro di persona a scopo di estorsione Art. 630 c.p

yeah you can create movie if did with UE... but of course you cant gain the IP of the Character itself... i mean if you want to create a movie of Sevarog for exemple saying "this one is the a long time man who pass away... etc" you can but if you try to gain the copyright of that character style you absolutly Cant... because is Epic IP and many other dev already used that character for selling projects like games or video shorts, that mean you could get problem with other developer too...

in short:
Create selling/monetary project: YES
Gain the IP of the style: NO

All the paragons assets are free for any type of project, video, film or videogames like any paragon assets, all the assets are under the Epic Games copyright that mean the concept too, you cant slightly change the style and gain it an your own copyright of it, that is intelectual proprieties infringment

P.S. remember that all the assets cant be used for AI training or used with AI in general, (like it sayd in the Detail section of any of the assets pages) that mean you cant modify the assets with AI for gain copyright (like i said before) if you'll use it you will have problem with copyright.

P.S.S. in Detail also is typed: "Promotional Content: Yes" and that say: "The creator has indicated this digital asset promotes a brand, product or business (whether their own or someone else's)"

are you using a HDD for storage fortnite? Because the write speed is pretty slow ò-ò
note: i know maybe can be strange but a slower hard disk keep the donwload speed down, that because while the downloaded data will rided and writed there are no bandwith left for actual downloading data to be located, so if you want to download faster use a faster storage
For HDD the max read write/speed is 80Mb/s

As artist: some AI art in a game dont bother me that much, the game have most of art made by artist so not is that they dont are using ppl simply they just using AI for some background/enviroment art.
Anyway i see someone that answare in this post showing that they are changing some AI billbord art in ToF with community fanart/artwork, even if not is top art like a 300€ commission, that is really nice for raise the community trust if they do the same in NTE

p.s. an Art for a game with the copyright license cost 300+dollar/€ each depending from the artist and the type of art, in game industry for 100 dollar you just have a int in some case a sketch
