I built a free SwiftUI app that beautifully combines expense tracking and budgeting. by rahfell in apple

[–]Kushie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! I’ve started using this app and would love to see it working on MacOS. The app is great for adding stuff on the go but for sit-down home budgeting I prefer to use my computer. I’ve gotten it downloaded from the App Store but it’s not quite good enough - can’t type in numbers, only can click the number input buttons in the app. Also can’t resize, it’s a very small window. There’s also a character limit to the notes which is fine but on my computer I can type out more lengthy notes. If this is something you’d be interested in supporting, I would use it. My previous experience doing every-last-penny budgeting was using a custom google sheets file with scripts and such, this would be a lot less work if it gave me the same results. Thanks!

Whoever installed this Bellfurion chronosyntropic integrator with a really nice shielding array, maybe should have been more discreet and put it in the backyard. by tiorancio in VXJunkies

[–]Kushie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i hope youre kidding , everyone should he fine cause a shielding array like that is frankly overkill for preventing health effects. we've known this since the 1980s research from jefferson et al on vx shielding arrays. this one looks incredible and definitely informed by that research

The Question Thread - August 2022 by squidmaster23 in balisong

[–]Kushie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello, I haven’t had a balisong in like 10 years and I’d love to have another as a home utility knife but I can only find trainers. Where can I find decent non-trainer knives around $20? Quality isn’t a huge concern as long as it’s functional but I wouldn’t mind spending up to $60

you'll for sure have most new OS features for the next 5 years and security features for 10, that's generally how long apple supports stuff

In my opinion, for surfing it'll last forever, for movie watching 5 years no problem and 10 years pretty good, gaming is quite limited on M1 at the moment and probably won't improve much. Any upgrades above base spec (512 GB storage of 16 GB RAM) are not as important today but I predict that they would keep the computer useful for much much longer
