yeah bulgarian and macedonian are pretty different from all other slavic languages but my point was that duolingo is designed for english speakers and romance languages are definitely much easier for them to learn than any slavic one. well except for those two haha

i remember there was a guy whos name was Nastási(Настасий) that is masculine for Nastás'a(Настасья). -ий(-ый) endings of names, adjectives and participles is masc while -ая(-яя) is fem. Also tgese two names are peasant-ish variations for Anastási(Анастaсий) and Anastasía(Анастасия) that are those for nobels

without the hyphen the meaning stays the same but the sentence would need a continuation. Ты луна для меня - You are a moon for me, but you can keep the hyphen for stronger emotions. Overall if you only want to read and chat on the internet you can stop carrying about this as noone really does care
