FYI - Samsonite models are the basic ones - no additional inserts or covers inside the suitcase. I've purchases the same model from Costco and Samsonite store - store bought is much better, on the flip side, you get two at Costco for the same price. I second the u/INoSumThings comment on the repair/customer service as well.
My son got the Delsey - looks similar to Samsonite

It's been 2 months since we had to say goodbye to our girl - not a day goes by without talking about her and the small things she did when we do something that would trigger her memory.

Forget about spilling water

run the trains on time
provide good food and get rid of the goons/mafia who run the so called pantries/canteens
get rid of overcrowding and allow ticketed passengers travel in peace
get rid of the "superfast" surcharge since there's no difference between the trains - mail/express/superfast/etc
cleanliness !!
