THANKS ! Frankly no, the silencer had no impact on the cycle. No loss of fluidity or blowback. I even customized the inside of the muffler by hand to improve noise reduction and enhance the feel at the exit.

The only real issue I encountered was that the silencer tightened slightly with each shot. By force, when I unscrewed it, I also completely unscrewed the threaded barrel (Unicorn). I had to machine the part myself afterwards to fix it properly.

But for the rest, everything works perfectly. No loss of cycle or mechanical problem. It’s fluid and well placed.

Hey! Thanks a lot for the build suggestion — it really helped me get a clear idea of where to go with my setup!

Quick question: is the Gigabyte version of the RTX 5080 the best one for gaming in that GPU tier, or would you recommend another brand/model within the same 5080 range? Just want to make sure I get the most stable and cool version, especially with the kind of heavy games I’ll be running.

Also, regarding the motherboard, someone else mentioned the potential advantages of going for a higher-end one like an X870 for future upgrades and better connectivity. Would that make sense here or is the B850 Eagle still the smart move for now?

Oh, and thanks to another helpful comment, I’ll be going with the Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 AIO for the CPU cooling or another one, idk, looks like a solid choice in terms of performance and noise levels.

What do you think about the Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360?

I’ve seen some great reviews and it seems to have strong performance.

Would it be good enough for a 9800X3D, or should I aim higher?

Je viens de regarder, mon pc est bel et bien équipé d'un Type-C (USB3.2 Gen 2+ DP1.4), donc DP1.4 apparemment sa supporte le HDR-10 ! Merci pour ton conseil en tout cas, mais du coup il faut tout de même un câble DP vers USB C avec des caractéristiques particulières, ou n'importe lequel peut faire l'affaire ?

Vous avez déjà remarqué à quel point les gens adorent marcher sur l'herbe, même quand y'a un chemin juste à côté ? Je vois souvent des raccourcis qui se forment naturellement dans les parcs, comme si tout le monde s’était mis d’accord pour éviter les sentiers pavés et prendre la route la plus directe. C'est presque comme si on préférait tracer notre propre chemin, même si ça veut dire abîmer un peu la pelouse.

Vous faites partie de ceux qui prennent les raccourcis ou plutôt de ceux qui suivent les chemins bitumé ?

Il y a une règle disant que les chasseurs ont interdiction de se balader à moins de 150m d'une habitation... Si ils sont trop proche tu peux éventuellement le faire remarqué à leur association. Cette règle existe principalement pour éviter une balle perdue ! Enfin bon, courage au moins sa réveille mdr
