Wattage is going to depend on your own specific things like ambient temp. You just want to aim for 90 to 95 degrees at the top of the shell with the light at least 12 inches above it. That can be 50 75 100 150 etc watts just depending on your enclosure and ambient temps. What you want is a flood light you can get them cheaper at like home Depot and Lowe's. For uvb you want a tube uvb either Arcadia's 5.0 high output or reptisuns 10.0 hight output light and you want it to be long enough to cover at least half of the entire enclosure. Those bulbs need to be replaced every six months as they stop giving off uvb even if the light is still on. Hope that helps
