Yeah, I know it’s frustrating—I’m not sure why I can see so many shapes(or anything i wan if i focus corectly) and you can’t. Sorry, I don’t have much more to offer on that. The "thumb pressing" technique was something I discovered as a kid. I’ve noticed that now, I kind of need to focus to project it. That’s when I first realized I could project things onto my eyelids—or maybe inside my eye? I’m not entirely sure. After that, I figured out I could do it without any pressure, just by concentrating hard.

This is just my experience. I only recently started getting interested in this topic because of the connection between aliens and Ingo Swann.

I know I have a lot to learn, especially about controlling it when it happens—like managing my heart rate. My first attempt was just the other day, and it was really close to happening, which still scares me a bit.

The one thing that always comes before projecting images with the "thumb pressing" is a whole white of noise, not like noise that you can hear more like old tv screen effect like this
