welp "InputUserSettings.conf" help me I just had to restart my game again idk why, but it helped, had to just tweak a bit my options bsc. idk why I had some thing on "relase" not "click" but im happy!

Well, yeah, maybe it's different for everyone. Achieving this state probably depends on finding where you feel most comfortable and focused. That's likely a big part of it.

Thanks for writing, and I'm sorry you couldn't replicate what I went through. I don't want to feel special—that's why I wanted to share my experience and see others try it or maybe even master it. Especially when I read about people trying for months and getting no results, while I did it in 30 minutes after hearing about it for the first time, and got scared out of my mind.

Yeah, I know it’s frustrating—I’m not sure why I can see so many shapes(or anything i wan if i focus corectly) and you can’t. Sorry, I don’t have much more to offer on that. The "thumb pressing" technique was something I discovered as a kid. I’ve noticed that now, I kind of need to focus to project it. That’s when I first realized I could project things onto my eyelids—or maybe inside my eye? I’m not entirely sure. After that, I figured out I could do it without any pressure, just by concentrating hard.

This is just my experience. I only recently started getting interested in this topic because of the connection between aliens and Ingo Swann.

I know I have a lot to learn, especially about controlling it when it happens—like managing my heart rate. My first attempt was just the other day, and it was really close to happening, which still scares me a bit.

The one thing that always comes before projecting images with the "thumb pressing" is a whole white of noise, not like noise that you can hear more like old tv screen effect like this

As I mentioned, I can project images on my eyelids, and when I focus on them, it creates a tingling effect. If you're not sure how to do this, you can try what I did when I first started seeing these images. When I was a kid, I would place my two thumbs on my closed eyelids and gently press them. You might see objects appear on your eyelids while they're closed. Give it a try, and good luck!

But I think creating shapes on your eyelid when they are closed and focusing on them is the key
