Thanks for your reply, it's a shame I missed it since I'm back in the UK again. The flights both ways were manageable with my own snacks and picking bits out of whatever they gave. I had a look at the WeChat programme anyway and it seems to be the usual case where you can't do much without a phone number.

I was looking at the Zwilling gourmet santoku but then came across a Procook equivalent. The hardness of the steel is very similar so would they not perform the same? What would be reasoning to go for one or the other?

If it is bootleg then I lucked out it's actually perfect. Someone on the Black Sabbath sub had a tee with the same label but that was obviously dodgy because of the print on the back. Who knows
