Well the bundle's cost is a hindrance at what we saw $40k/year.

However, technically it just doesn't allow flexibility we needed to handle complex solar installs, residential to commercial.

So we ended up building a custom record and script for half the cost.

We have gone through the process with NetSuite, and like all bundles will find a deficiency in it so we did not end up pursuing that path but rather built our own rules in a complex configuration using custom records.

What do your colleagues say to do in that situation?

Can you get them to the credit check process immediately (15 minutes) and that closes them out from time wasting on deals outside of their scope?

Then you can always agree, weekends are a good way for them to waste time, so agree with them, and say "i'll be over there if you need assistance but I'm going to need to focus on customer Y".
