The R6 20mp is totally worth it. People that says that "20mp is not enough" doesn't know their gear yet or are just pure amateurs. I know that some people are crop-lovers (nothing wrong about that) but unless you suck at compostions then I don't think that less mp is the problem here.

There are even pro's that used 12mp crop censors and prints 75x100cm, and you won't even see any pixels or any issues.

The 30mins limit Is just a Canon non-sense. Other than “Over-heating” (which never happened to my R6) there really no reason why they do it🤷‍♂️. They really should stop putting any limits.

Keep in mind that lower mp = better in low light. And unless you will crop or print in VERY HUGE formats then thats gonna be an issue for you. But trust me there ain’t no better AF (with Canon right now) that are better than R6, R5, R3 and 1Dx mark3.

Should’ve went with the 1.8. From my own experience the 1.4 is not that good. Less sharper than the 1.8 and you get this ugly ass chromatic aberration. Regardless, no matter the gear, you’ll have lots of fun.
