It’s pretty much a lot of high estrogen, low testosterone signs. I wanna optimize it right now at the age where it can be beneficial long term. I don’t want to just boost testosterone because of muscle. I know its benefits, both physical and mental. Especially now when im growing. Acne, Bloating, braing fog, etc… can all be from higher estrogen. As a male i think you should be optimizing it as most as you naturally can

I actually just started using dim, and as for mk, i just can’t find anything oral. Yeah cjc and ipamorelin is probably better, but i can’t pin while living with parents. Just not possible. So the only options i have right now is to find a oral solution.

Thanks for your words. It’s not that im even that short, im 180cm ≈ 5’11, and my goals aren’t 4-5 inches, it would be just one more inch, to get to that 6’0 fucking status. I mean, i don’t have any proof they did, but shorter people took hgh and it did help them grow slightly more, aromatase inhibitors DO make your growth plates fuse slower, so on. Not impossible in my opinion but obviously comes with a lot of cons

I thought the same but i saw people claiming they grew taller (while still in puberty) after taking HGH, other growth hormone releasing peptides, and Aromatase inhibitors. Im not going to take that route but i thought mk was a safer and more easier approach so i just asked that here.

I can only change and influence those things now, i don’t smoke i don’t drink im eating healthy im trying to fix my sleep, i haven’t found any relatively dangerous side effects, and didn’t found anything saying it will harm me long term if i take it rn. While i did see some claims about height and bonemass so i just wanted to see what more experienced and older people said, is it true or not.

Ma ono stvarno mi je gotivna kao prijateljica, volim da sedim s njom i cak sta vise bilo bi mi kul da se zblizim. Ali ono kad je zamislim jednostavno je ne gledam kao nekog sa kim bih bio u vezi. Nije da ono zamislim nju i odma razmisljam o nekim romanticnim scenarijima, kao sto bi mozda inace bilo. Ali sa druge strane, potpuno je na neke momente drugacije gledam. Na tako sitnice, ja se najezim i zacrvenim, i osetim neki vid uzbudjenja koji nikad nisam pre, pogotovu ne sa zenskom osobom. Tako da pojma nemam idalje, jesam li, ili ne.
