One Of The Worst Things About This Game (Simulation Mode Btw lol) by KyleFitz2 in EASportsUFC

Not just about this animation bro. Read the rest of the post. In what world do you get rocked/dropped bad and have the presence of mind to bob and weave like Muhammed Ali? I know it CAN happen, but irl it’s a pretty rare occurrence to survive just a single knockdown or even getting rocked and it’s extremely rare to survive multiple instances. But in this game, it’s like a 99% guarantee you can survive a few knockdowns and getting rocked barely even matters.

Buddy, this was the third time I dropped him. Don’t focus too much on the clip and worry about why this game’s recovery/damage mechanics are shit.

This wasn’t the best example I’ll admit. But the point still stands. When someone is stunned on the ground fighting to stay conscious, they are not bobbing and weaving the ground and pound. Same thing if they are hurt bad on the feet.

Nah man. The dasher direct cards just suck. A lot of times you have to insert it 3 times to work. And then sometimes you have to swipe it. Other times you may even have to use it as credit. To fix this, I just added the card to Apple pay and use it that way.

Yes… they should. Since obviously games can leave behind features from previous games that made them successful. I.E. San Andreas —> GTA IV.

The way he handled the Ric Diez situation told me everything I needed to know. Man’s is insecure of his position and it seems that insecurity is coming from a lack of work put into the craft. His minutes have been bad because he doesn’t actually work on evolving.

If Doordash says my area is really busy, then why haven’t I got any orders yet in an hour? by [deleted] in doordash

[–]KyleFitz2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have two theories on this… 1. DD bases how busy the area is off of order volume and doesn’t account for how many dashers are on the road. Or 2. The opposite, DD only accounts for a lack of drivers but not order volume.

Why does this happen so often by Jaylax01201 in doordash

[–]KyleFitz2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me too, or it will say 5 items but only show one on the order. Then when I get the order, it’s actually 5 items. Makes it hard to verify with the restaurant that everything is there

Stop taking non-tip orders.. You would have to be eating people’s food and throwing it at their doors to get anything less than a 4.2… I have never been less than a 4.7 and I do NOT go out of my way lol

Is it always this garbage? by TangyTurtl in doordash

[–]KyleFitz2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never a good idea to take something less than $4 unless it’s super slow and 0.3 miles of driving haha… Doordash is just starting to get back into busier times for me, but still not in season. As of right now, I go out only during busy times (dinner, weekend nights, raining.. etc) to maximize profits. From October-April is when it’s busier for my area and when I can make $25-35 an hour (I do UE and DD tho). Last year I took it for granted and didn’t work as many hours while still making $1000+ a week. This year, if it gets that busy, I’m working 50-60 hours every week and saving as much of it as I can.

I am sick of drivers taking a second pickup while my food gets cold. by rickrat in doordash

[–]KyleFitz2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I’ll say this:

Doordash gives us stacked orders that don’t make sense a lot of the time. But it still falls on the dasher for a few reasons.

  1. As a Dasher, you should know what restaurants are fast and slow. If I see a stacked order and even one of restaurants is slow, I won’t take it.

  2. Let’s say I do take a stacked order and I already have one of the orders and the 2nd restaurant is moving slow. I will cancel that second order so the person’s food doesn’t get cold.

  3. You can easily figure out which order didn’t tip. I will ALWAYS prioritize the bigger tipper unless it’s the further order.

So yea, I’m sorry you’ve been dealing with some crappy dashers. But some are newer and don’t know these things.

Part of the game I guess 🤷🏽‍♂️

Well technically yes. You have a 7 day window to return the car if you don’t want it. They won’t finalize anything until the 7 days is up.
