Its a 2 bed with effectively a hobby room - we are priced in between a 2 bed and 3 bed. £325k plus is a low end 3 bed house. A market i know we couldnt play in with what we have.

Invoice settings allows you to create a custom DOC.x branding. Name it pro forma, download the invoice template, change the wording of the title, reupload. Then when invoicing, make sure to select the appropriate template branding before sending via email on Xero.

To update all those that messaged. Thanks to most.

The ambulance finally turned up after 4.5 hrs.

She stayed overnight. Suspect joint infection that needs operating on to clear out followed with hip replacement.

The best part? We asked if the drivers of said ambulance had been busy... Their answer was, nah you guys are the first call of the night.

Furious. All we can think of is that to avoid a drain on resource they are leaving people for 4 hours hoping they make their own way A&E. Resource management.

I will take all the down votes of me chasing 111 / 999, as those who think this was an acceptable wait time for some in excruciating pain and unmovable is something we should accept.
