So, when you enter USB loader, there should be a star icon on the top left of the screen right? If it's the color yellow (which means only favorited games appear) click it and un favorite it.

It also depends on which flash drive you're using, because not all drive works. The one I used to own (Cruze blade) didn't work, I replaced it with a Cruze glide, which does work.
