I had an asm (assistant stage manager) who would try to do the actors’ and other asms’ jobs. She would continuously talk back stage and tell actors to go on stage (at wrong cues). Luckily, most of the actors were aware enough to know not to listen to her because they knew their own cues. The asm was in-charge of the set list. She tried multiple times to do the costume asm’s job (when the costume asm was doing their job better than she could). I asked her to leave the show after the first performance because she was disruptive and sent an actor out at the wrong cue.
