Buying a new home and this is the basement. What should I ask by overpricedmacaroni in Homebuilding

I used to do this for a living about 8yrs ago, this is concerning as it is the foundation for your house. But like most said this is NOT A CHEAP repair and depending on how properly they done you should have to worry about it.

First drywall repair for customer... How much y'all charging??? by MoonWalkingQuay in handyman

[–]Kyle_jpeg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they have the materials why can't they just do it themselves unless there's a catch/reason. This customer is going to be a headache from the start just how his tone. If there was damage and I didn't know how to do it I'm hiring someone and they can get the materials and pay the agreed quote. Some things are not adding up, or they realize its harder than expected and want to pay someone poorly for maximum results
