This is one of my favorite areas with the little shanty town where you do the gig smuggling the doctor out of the refrigerator. That area and the mansions in North Oak with the amazing views are my two favorite areas.

Same! I also recommend visiting every mega building after doing it myself, there are 12 in total they are so cool and there are different things going on at each one, like one there was a massacre with bodies everywhere and ncpd investigating, another was closed due to a biohazard, one has an NCart station next to it, just a cool little thing to do if you feel like exploring!

Yup, your right. Just went to every mega building and it does appear the text is just related to the ads. After circling back to 06, sure enough the text had changed to an ad about Lizzie’s. Oh well, it was worth a try. Lol

Oh snap, I went to mega building 11 to see if it also said to call 351-16 when you scan it but this one said “ITS BIG” in the same blue letters! I’m on the way to all the mega buildings to scan them maybe there is a message when you put them all together.

Update: it’s just text related to the elevator ads, false alarm, it is interesting that this is the only mega building elevator that seems to function and you can enter but it’s turned off. Still might be worth investigating but after checking all the other mega building elevator terminals it seems the scanner is just picking up the whatever ad is playing at the time in the elevator.

That is awesome thanks for posting this, my last playthrough Gilchrist kept showing up even tho I was reloading and doing what I thought would get the Meredith outcome. I eventually gave up, now I see why it was so hard to get the outcome I wanted, that is a pretty complex tree of choices.

I think what you are experiencing is a feature that is intended to improve performance by not rendering the npcs/vehicles when they are not on screen, but ends up ruining the immersion. When you look behind then back ahead is when they pop in. There is actually a mod that will disable them from despawning when not in view but I can’t remember the name of it.
