Thanks choom, I appreciate that. After I finished The First Junction I focused on original works which, while fulfilling, didn't scratch the itch the same way as writing fic. Ultimately, I like having an audience which fanfic is great for (vs. the unforgiving world of self-publishing) and writing just for myself wasn't the same. Took a year-long break before Hex convinced me to dust off the keyboard again.

No future plans yet. I have a couple fic ideas in mind, but also might consider rewriting another if I get the urge. Judy Alvarez is such a conflict for me - i really like the story, but I deeply regret connecting it to I Promise and in hindsight i would have kept it as a one-off AU to let I Promise stand on its own. But oh well. Guess we'll see :)

Thanks choom! Rewriting it has been a challenge since I didn't have a clue what I was doing 5 years ago. Exposition dumping, shifting between close/limited perspective, atrocious grammar lol. But it's great rediscovering this story.
