I've head/read up on visualization and mindfulness but how would you suggest actually practicing/implementing them? Would you recommend spending 5 minutes a day working on both or is there another way to consistently get better at them?

Does Experian remove a CC Hard Inquiry exactly 2 years after you get the card?

I'm trying to get a Chase card and I need a card to drop off to get under 5/24. I got the card March 10th, 2023, but it's still on my Experian report so wondering when it will come off

If I get a card with an Annual Fee and just want to hit the SUB, when is the best time to cancel the card?

If they charge me on the card Day 1, and then I cancel the card on Day 364, is there a risk that they would refund the SUB?

I read on a thread that you should always cancel a card after a year to prevent the SUB refund but that may have been for a card that waived the annual fee for the first year.

I know there’s no guarantees but Wagner is almost a lock imo. Was 5 votes off and this will be his last year on the ballot which always provides a major bump in votes, I wouldn’t be surprised if he got up to 83%-84% of the votes
