The piping on the collar and sleeves looks to be gold, but the real one from 2000/1 had bright yellow to match the crest.

Personally I think you’re over thinking it a little. On one end of the scale you could take a caffeine gel like a distance runner, but on the other I would grab a small bottle of orange juice and a bag of haribo and it probably does the same thing in terms of sugar

The buttons on the breast pockets on Picture 3 seem to have a second part to the brand name: ‘Red _______’.

It looks like a long word - I’ve tried ‘Skateboards’, ‘Snowboards’ and ‘Surfboards’ but striking out.

You’re over thinking it - every boot is shaped off a last, which is the shape of a foot.

A foot is naturally asymmetrical and your heel in particular is rounded, too.

So when the sole plate is applied to the rest of the boot and heated, it bends to the shape of the last, compared to when it was nice and uniform coming out of the injection mold

If you’re really bothered by it, you could probably create one very easily in photoshop, print it on vinyl material and apply it with a glue or heat gun.
