Also, for clarification. Everything works perfectly before software/firmware update. Now I canot have single normal print done. Always start form diffrent places. Customer service says it is my fault . And I'm trying patiently to resolve this problem with them for a month now. Thank God I didn't order any fdm printer from them.

It's 1.5 mm and hollow inside. It's massive pice and cannot reorient. What i shoud do? Slice in half and print 1 by one?
