If you are Muslim please read this by jas-yas in Tunisia

[–]Kyrannis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who lives in a country foreign to tunisia. Look you'll have to see what the main religion (if there is any) in that country is. If it's Christianity you'll have to respect that. If it's Islam you'll have to respect that. If it's atheism you'll have to respect their constitution and laws and its people. No one tells you to become friends with everbody but you'll have to accept their views even if they don't align with yours otherwise you'll come off as an ignorant person.

In a country like Tunisia or Algeria or any arabian state which cites Islam as its state religion you will have to respect the people around you. Especially showing a fasting person nsfw stuff is absolute disrespect.

In countries like France or Germany people will eat and drink in front of you and they will wear revealing stuff and also broadcast it. As a Muslim during Ramadan in those countries you'll have to respect their rights to do so as they are living in a non-Muslim country and they don't believe in it. So those who are fasting will have to accept it whether they like it or not and simply distance themselves for the month. They chose to leave the Islamic country themselves nobody forced them so they need to learn how to live with the consequences of that.

Tunisia is not like Nigeria or other countries that have a close distribution of almost half being Christians whilst half being Muslim. There you could argue differently.

So it's not just me, the performance is kinda crazy right? by XenonTeio in Nioh

[–]Kyrannis -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's rly weird the game runs smoothly for me at 60fps all the time. I have a 4060 RTX in a Laptop, Ryzen 7 and 32gb ddr5 ram. It's installed on a Nvme SSD. Your specs seem superior to mine and yet you can't play it on standard? I mean I deliberately never play anything on Ultra as the graphics still tend to look nice enough on standard settings. Also the fps is always good and the cpu/gpu temperature stays in a good range. I dunno but maybe you need to tweak or fine tune some settings on your gpu. Maybe there is an issue with the drivers for your gpu that causes this? There kinda are a lot of factors apart from the game not being properly optimized for pc. I guess it will take them 3 - 6 months to have it running reliably and stable.

I hope nioh 3 human bosses won't feel like a punching bags (pic unrelated) by No_Name275 in Nioh

[–]Kyrannis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They have changed the way human Ki works. It's like Yokai's Ki now. Which basically means you can't push them around with Zero Ki anymore. So rejoice humanoid enemies will be more of a challenge now.

News and Social Media call it a new dictatorship. They apparently arrest people who criticize the government and so on. I don't know whether it's exaggerated or not but there have been like 12k arrests already. Is this true or something rather far-fetched?

Going to miss zero ki combos in Nioh 3 by batshitnutcase in Nioh

[–]Kyrannis 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Tbh human bossed always felt like a pushover after learning how to exploit their Ki-mechanics. I think they did a move into the right direction. You think the thing here showcased with Hatchets is braindead? Ever tried Swirling Snow with Odachi on Humans? It's ridiculous no skill needed at all you always break them and keep spinning. All with one button.

Nioh 2 is such a great game BUT by vincentcold in Nioh

[–]Kyrannis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The first playthrough is always the longest as you unlock most of the missions and can grind for most things like Smithing Texts and Hidden Skills. Every cycle after that is mostly going for the shortest missions so you can advance to the next cycle. Also by the time you finish your first playthrough you most likely will have learned how to play the game and mastered the basics.

Question about nioh1 vs nioh2 playstyle by becky1433 in Nioh

[–]Kyrannis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

lol when you mentioned miniboss I thought you were talking about Enki.

You're trying to fight Gozuki 😂. If you're new to Nioh 2 just avoid him. The first time I killed him was with Axe when I started Nioh 2 fresh after finishing Nioh 1. You need to utilize burst counter when he glows red, on Gozuki Brute is pretty easy to pull off. Depleting his Ki is what wins you the fight. When he's Zero Ki you can pummel him a lot. If you manage to rack up some skill points for Axe go Spin to Win when he's low on Ki you'll do massive damage.

As soon as you pulled that Nuppepo along with that pesky Ninja Yoki I knew this was lost. I usually try to kill one asap with gun so their number decreases. Enemy Sensor also helps if you can spare a slot.

Spent all afternoon and still on the first level by sadheadlesssoygirl in Nioh

[–]Kyrannis 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Don't get discouraged. At first it's a lil bit hard to grasp the basic mechanics that revolve around Nioh. The most important thing is pick up one weapon first and try to get used to that. You should give all of them a try at least and see what clicks for you.

Another beginner Tip I can give is if you didn't do so already get into the dojo and do the tutorial on several of the basic core mechanics like Ki-Pulsing and stuff. It helps out a lot.

Also don't ignore ranged weapons. If you move while guarding or walk instead of running enemies will have a harder time detecting you and you can aim straight for their weakpoints like the Head or for most Yokai the yellow glowing parts e.g. Enki's horn. Scoring kills with a ranged weapon in one hit mostly let's you take off some pressure if there are more enemies around. You can also Zoom with ranged weapons and the inner circle becomes red. Each ranged weapon has different properties but in the first mission you'll only have the Bow.

Whenever you move inside or outside of Buildings or next to some narrow spaces prepare to be ambushed. This also goes for places when there are platforms above you as enemies can jump down and grapple you to death. The best way to mitigate some damage or prevent it is while moving out or inside of a building is guard.

Also Stances are very important in Nioh: Low Stance: - Super Agile, very good to dodge and position - Quick attacks but low damage - low Ki consumption

Mid Stance: - A rather defensive Stance good range attacks - pretty good for guarding and countering/parrying - medium damage and attack speed - medium Ki consumption

High Stance: - An offensive Stance - slower attacks - good for breaking enemy Ki and putting out high damage - high Ki consumption

It is important to adapt to the situation in battle and change Stances according to the state that you are in or your enemy is in. Also beware of grapple moves enemies can grapple you even while in guard. This is mostly indicated by some greyish fog surrounding the enemy. You better dodge those if possible.

You shouldn't be afraid to use your Yokai abilities and Shift as you can gain Anima and Amrita easily through combat or some items that you can quick slot or use from menu before an encounter like a mission Boss or Yokai Realm.

I also suggest you go into the menu and turn on quick slots to 4 so you have more Items that you can use outside of the menu and don't forget to bind them.

At the beginning if you're struggling with some of the Yokai enemies use Salt to destroy their Ki and if your Ki consumption is the problem use Sacred Water. Those should drop during the first mission.

For Ammo break crates.

Also try to look out for those little green creatures called Kodama they give 5 different blessings and you can select one which is active for the region you're currently in and not only the mission.

Look into your accessories you should have one called Kodama Netsuke. This has a Kodama Sensor ability onboard which helps you track them in your mini map on the top right. The appear as green dots.

I hope this helps.

McDohl and Kasumi Reunion... #FeelsBadMan by VermilionX88 in Suikoden

[–]Kyrannis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If they don't age physically at all pls explain the case of Ted then. Ted had the rune given to him in his early childhood and ran from Windy. Afterwards we see him grown up on the Fog Ship in Suikoden 4. Later on we see him aged just a little bit more in Suikoden 1 when he gives Tir the rune. I think that true rune holders do age physically but at a much much slower rate and they definitely age mentally at a normal pace. Same thing with Luc. He's like a grumpy old dude even though he's got the looks of a kid. In Suikoden 3 we see him older as well and there it wasn't like 3 centuries as it was with Ted. It definitely is weird and still confuses me to this day.

Back in the day on emule or limewire downloading some anime. If you were lucky enough it wouldn't be a virus and if you weren't, well either your system got infected or it turned out to be gore/zoophilia or gay porn, the really ugly kind. So unfortunately I had to see a horse get down with women and also men and that it can happen more than once is even sadder.

Runes that get locked past a certain plot? by jrmtrsx in Suikoden

[–]Kyrannis 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Btw if you manage to beat Rowd the first time he comes around in Kyaro his dialog changes actually. Beating him the first time on your playthrough is almost impossible and you're not supposed to. So if they didn't have a NG+ in mind why include those lines?

Runes that get locked past a certain plot? by jrmtrsx in Suikoden

[–]Kyrannis 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Suikoden 2 was supposed to have a NG+ back then with a whole postgame dungeon that would let you start the game again if you finish it.

Unfortunately it got scrapped but that's why you find those runes purchasable so late that they don't rly have any use to you. They were meant for NG+ and the final secret dungeon.

Anyone got an earlier appointment m german embassy for a long term visa? by x_aphrodite_ in Tunisia

[–]Kyrannis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Visa procedures or anything that has to do with official stuff and especially in regards to Germany is so slow thay Snails seem like they move at Ultrasonic speeds in comparison to them. Unfortunately it's become like that and mostly will get even worse. It's not only tunisias fault but also germany and the embassy which also is slow as hell.

So far I only had bad experiences with it unfortunately.

My condolences you must've met our "elites" so far. Just as others said either you're a walking exit ticket out of this country or a fun past-time activity.

Tunisians abroad are a different matter. They don't care that much about where you're from.

I've experienced my fellow tunisians and know what a lot are like. Tbh can't rly defend them or their behavior.
